This property was purchased for its income potential and location. At the time of acquisition, the property suffered from extreme deferred maintenance and lack of active management.

We repositioned the property in the market by upgrading building common areas and building systems, painting the building, modernizing the elevators.

Additionally, we worked with existing tenants by expanding and extending occupancy and leasing space to new tenants, resulting in increased occupancy and lease duration.
